When will my item ship? 
All orders will ship between 3-4 weeks from the date purchased
Please ensure all addresses are entered correctly before checking out!
In the event the address was entered wrong please contact me to resolve the issue

Estimated delivery dates are purely estimates and are subject to change, please be aware of that!
Shipping times base solely on USPS once the item is in their possession. 
I ship from the United States so please be aware of your shipping and tariff laws 

How do preorders/made-to-order work?
If a product is made to order and or a preorder, they will be shipped out as soon as possible from when the product arrives or when the product is made

Made to order goods are usually hand made so inconsistencies and flaws are to be expected, however if the quality is not up to standard free replacments are an option after review by me
